If you have been advised that you are at increased risk of serious illness from COVID-19 or any other health condition, please let a member of our team know. This will allow us to put additional safety measures in place where appropriate.
We also ask that you inform us if you are experiencing symptoms such as a fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, or if you have conditions such as tuberculosis (TB) or suspected shingles. This helps us protect our team members and other patients.
We follow strict hygiene and infection-control protocols recommended by our professional bodies. These include regular hand washing, frequent sanitisation of spectacle frames available for patients to try on, and thorough disinfection of equipment between appointments.
